TRS-780PUR/EVA is an automatic soft forming edge banding machine for J/C shape handle-free cabinet doors. Equipped with precise profiling mold, its processing tolerance is controlled within 0.5mm. QR code scanning processing function is supported to save labor and boost production efficiency.
It adopts self-developed reverse connecting rod PUR glue pot matched with special forming pressing unit, which delivers stronger bonding performance for PUR edge banding. The heavy-duty pressing beam feeding system ensures stable conveying during processing. Intelligent touch screen control realizes one-click switching of all functions, with a maximum processing speed of 8m/min. The machine can run stably under low temperature and other harsh working conditions.

Pre-Milling
Dual 2.2kW straight-edge pre-milling motors with 45° diamond conical cutters are mainly used for straight and bevel edge profiling as well as rough milling for soft forming. Dual 6.5kW high-speed spindle motors are adopted for precision soft forming profiling.

Gluing+Grooving
The edge band is evenly coated with adhesive. Edge band grooving enables 45° edge bending.

Bevel & Straight Edge Pressing
Bevel & straight edge pressing: pressing rollers apply pressure to the bevel and straight edges of workpieces to firmly attach the edge band to the workpiece.

Pressing Unit
Pressing unit, specially designed for PUR adhesive. Pre-pressing fully fits the edge band tightly and smoothly onto panels without wrinkles, equipped with a spray cooling device.

Internal Structure
High-speed spindle motors break off excess PVC on panels. The end trimming unit cuts surplus PVC at the front and rear ends of workpieces. Afterwards, the fine trimming unit precisely trims the upper and lower edges of panels. The flat scraper moves back and forth according to panel profiles and handle positions to strip residual PVC from panel surfaces. Upper and lower polishing units remove surface burrs and debris.
