- RD903 edge banding machine
The RD903 Automatic Edge Banding Machine features eight core functions that enable a comprehensive upgrade of the edge banding process, supporting furniture production and manufacturing. The machine features an EVA-top Teflon glue pot (with a rapid pre-melting device) combined with a dedicated PUR glue pot, 6-roller pressing, and a roller glue scraping function. It has a maximum processing height of 55mm for end trimming, employs a dual precision trimming mode for superior results, and is equipped with a defoaming agent spray system and dual-sided polishing (top and bottom). The machine is controlled by encoders for higher precision, features a large-size touchscreen and Delta PLC, and utilizes aluminum pressure plates for enhanced durability.
