Machine Features
This machine is capable of laminating decorative materials such as PVC, wood veneer, decorative paper,PP and PU onto the surface of profiles made from MDF, plastic panels, aluminum alloy and other substrates.It adopts a dedicated PUR hot melt melting and glue supply system equipped with a 5-gallon platen glue melter. Advanced auxiliary systems including three-sided preheating device, photoelectric deviation correction system and three-sided dust removal unit are available as optional configurations.
The machine features a split-type structure. One glue coating system can be paired with any number of pressing sections. This design allows quick switching of different moulding profiles, greatly improving production efficiency. It avoids the tedious work of frequent pressure roller adjustments during product changeovers, and significantly reduces overall equipment procurement costs.
