Core Production Process
Step 1: CNC Router Board Cutting
Once the design drawings are finalized and approved, operators use a CNC router to carry out board cutting and shaping tasks. Compatible with widely used custom panel materials like particle board, multilayer plywood and OSB, this machine reads design data with great accuracy to cut qualified blanks for cabinet frames and doors. It delivers precise cutting results with minimal material loss, matching the refined processing standards required for small-batch custom workshop production.
Step 2: Edge Banding Processing
All freshly cut panels go through a full edge sealing process on a dedicated edge banding machine. This process smooths out rough board cut ends, upgrading the overall texture and visual appeal of finished cabinetry. Most importantly, quality edge sealing acts as a protective barrier, stopping panels from absorbing moisture, warping or cracking over time. Step 3: Precision Drilling for Assembly
Right after edge banding is finished, workers drill precise positioning holes with a professional drilling machine, strictly following drawing standards. Two core types of holes are processed here: assembly holes for securing and splicing cabinet frames together, and pre-drilled hinge holes for cabinet door installation. Accurate hole positioning guarantees tight assembly joints and smooth door movement, eliminating common issues such as misaligned doors and uneven gap spacing.
